Tom Boerio's Raleigh Pro frameset
This frame
required that the fork be re-chromed and then down-to-bare-metal stripping &
refinishing.
The lugs were "cleaned up" a bit to slightly improve the Carlton workmanship!
Note, the
photos taken in the very bright sun makes the metallic element in the paint "pop
out" more than it really appears. The in-person look is silkier and softer....
